Prosperity, a changing paradigm…
Prosperity means different things to different people. Generally, prosperity is associated with success. If you are prosperous you are thriving, advancing, or gaining things of value. In years past the image that came to mind when you thought of a prosperous person was one who had a good job, worked hard, made money, and lived a comfortable lifestyle.
Over the last decade or so we have re-defined what it means to be prosperous and re-imagined what a prosperous person looks like. No longer do we define prosperity in terms of the right job, the right associations, the right retirement plan or the right zip code.
U.S. News & World Report published an article indicating “more and more present and future retirees are finding that the traditional idea of retirement is passé.”
We want more. We want freedom. We want to choose what to work on, when, and how much. We want the freedom to weather the ups and downs of the market and the banking industry. We want our money to work for us, not against us.
We believe that we can be successful on our terms…
Who we are or who we know is no longer the only route to prosperity. We can now create our own financial success.
