Women Entrepreneurs and the Power of Networks
Women are naturals at networking - asking others how they might solve a problem or their opinion on something.
But when it comes to business, the entrepreneurial drive can sometimes get in the way of seeking out the advice or expertise of others.
Ponn M. Sabra, of EmpowerWomenNow.com, promotes the idea that for women entrepreneurs to be successful, they must recognize the importance of and how to utilize the power of the people in their lives in the following three ways:
- Ask for help when you need it.
- Effectively delegate in order to capitalize on your strengths.
- Actively seek advisors or mentors.
Effectively building your network and employing the resources within can add not only to your success, but you could be the key to someone else’s success too.
