Business Strategy Plan: The Tool You Need to Get the Job Done

You may already be in business or are looking to start one.  However, you’re taking a big risk if you don’t have a strategy to get things done.  While a business plan defines your business, you need a business strategy plan to set its course.

Here are five essential components of setting up your business’ strategic plan, according to Small Business Notes:

1.    Business Purpose – The mission of your business.

2.    Organizational Goals – How you plan to accomplish your mission.

3.    Strategies for Reaching Each Goal – What approach you will take to reach your goal(s).

4.    Action Plans to Implement Strategy – Specific activities to execute strategies.

5.    Monitoring Plan Implementation – How you will follow through on whether the plan is being implemented and how it is doing.

With your sights set on success, your business strategy is the map that can get you there.
