A Prosperity Partnership Can Work With Opposites
It’s not uncommon in a prosperity partnership that you’ll find both sides of the personality spectrum working together.
Oftentimes, one partner has the ideas and a keen sense of what’s current, and the other partner, although aware of what’s in demand, is able to strategize the logistics of the business.
So how do you make such a partnership, of seemingly contrasting personalities, work successfully?
John Buffini published an article on Goliath that stated as an entrepreneur, you should look for your opposite.
In your opposite you’ll find someone who can complement your style. When you are loud and impatient, partnering with someone who is quieter and takes their time can be a real asset to your business.
As you observe your partner communicating with clients in a different manner than you would, you’ll see the benefits of having all of your personality bases covered.
Making any partnership work takes negotiation and time. Instead of looking for someone like you, choose someone who has the same visions, but is gifted uniquely different than you. You may be surprised at how prosperous a partnership such as this can be.
