• It’s not about you. Don’t bombard your visitors with your autobiography, experience or education. That can wait. Share what you can do for them – give them what they need – and the rest can come later.

• Tell them what to do. If you want your prospects to call you then tell them.  Make sure your phone number is visible and bold.  If you want them to request a free newsletter, then ask them for their information using a bright box in a prominent area of your page.
