Educating Your Clients: A Business Building Strategy

A business building strategy is composed of a variety of details, methods and goals.  Beyond the logistics there are many ways to build your business and build into your clients.

Marketing strategist, Jay Abraham, and the folks over at Inspire Consulting strongly urge businesses to educate their clients.  For years, some companies have prided themselves on holding the key to their client’s problems, mandating that the less the client knows the better off they are.

Abraham has done just the opposite.  He states that you should offer as much information as you can afford to because you want your clients to know just how valuable you are.  When they know just a fraction of what you know, it gets them wondering how much more there is to learn.

Offering items such as books, manuals, e-books, white papers, special reports, webinars, informational nights and seminars are all ways to give quality useable content to your clients while still holding the reigns.

If you’ve been looking for some new ways to impress clients try something new, consider revealing some of your secrets instead of keeping all of the interesting details of your industry to yourself.
